Today we’re analyzing the craftsmanship of the Chanel 25S Coin Hobo Bag — the key to Shebag’s top-tier replication.

On the coin hardware:

The left corner of the letter N is longer than the right corner.

The top-left and bottom-right bases are flat-cut.

The top-left base is about twice as long as the bottom-right base,

as shown by the red lines and yellow shaded areas in the image below.

The vertical and diagonal grooves of the letter N have the same engraving depth.

The inner and outer edges of the letter are parallel with consistent spacing.

Under 400× magnification:

The outer edges and the middle bar of the letter A have the same width.

The outline and internal lines of the letter A are uniform in thickness.

On the letter H, the inner base groove shows a consistent polishing texture with no uneven scratches or blocky marks, just as shown in the red circle below.

The letter C on the coin hardware has just the right thickness without looking bulky, offering a natural 3D effect as if it rises organically from the metal surface. The red line in the image above shows the inner thickness of the letter C.

The hardware of the Chanel 25S Coin Hobo Bag also includes a metal plate: the front features the Logo, while the back has a hand-hammered texture. The dimples are naturally distributed in shape and size, varying slightly in depth with no rigid or overly regular pattern. The natural hand-hammered effect is clearly visible in the red circle in the image below.

This small hardware piece is stamped with high-precision molds that integrate the lettering directly.

The side walls are smooth and vertical, with sharp, clean edges.

The engraved lettering has a natural, three-dimensional raised feel without being excessive.

The letter N in the red circle above shows this natural effect perfectly.

On the chain hole inner wall of the 25S Coin Hobo Bag, the threaded area features clear, uniform threads with consistent pitch.

This threaded section is marked by the red arrows below and can be seen upon close inspection.
