Today we present Shebag’s replication craftsmanship for the Chanel 25 in grey suede, focusing especially on the stitching.

In the red circles in the image below, you can see the core craftsmanship feature:

three-point alignment in double stitching.

Mid-to-low-end replicas cannot achieve this level of precision.

When the suede is gently stretched open,

the needle holes of each quilting line form a continuous straight line.

There are no breaks at the intersections between quilts,

demonstrating a precision joining technique.

In the red circles in the image above, we use a high‑power magnifying lens

to demonstrate the double stitching craft.

Positioning is everything.

Shebag uses 100% manual alignment stitching,

with precision down to the micron level.

Each position is stitched twice.

The suede nap bounces back quickly after stitching,

covering any needle holes.

Shebag’s craftsmen perform the double stitching entirely by hand under a microscope.

Each point takes 3–5 minutes to complete.

This is impossible for mid‑to‑low‑end replicas,

as it is extremely time‑consuming and requires excellent eyesight.

On the base of the Chanel 25,

the red circles in the image below show the two stitches at the bottom corner,

forming an 8‑shaped overlap.

The thread is embedded into the leather,

connecting the quilt positions with perfect precision.

At the intersection of the side pocket quilt lines, there is a small triangle, marked in the red circle in the image above.

The triangular area must be double-needle stitched—missing even one stitch indicates a counterfeit.

All Shebag bags use this double-needle technique.

In quilt stitching, the quilt intersections are precise to 0.1mm,

ensuring the small triangle aligns perfectly with the quilt center.

The vertical and horizontal quilt stitches meet perfectly at the intersection points,

with threads tightly joined, no offset, and no gaps.

On the side pocket of the Chanel 25 suede bag,

the quilts align perfectly at the intersection of the pocket opening and side panel.

The first stitch of the padded line falls exactly at the cross intersection of the quilts.

The first padded stitch at the edge of the chain hole hardware

must align precisely with the extended cross intersection of the quilt stitches,

forming an absolute alignment craft of one stitch fixing the center point.

At the chain hole hardware, the stitching extends outward like rays from the hardware center, both horizontally and vertically, and aligns perfectly in the vertical direction.

In the red circles in the image below, you can see the special craftsmanship of the side pocket stitching.

We use custom curved needles, inserting from the inside of the suede to ensure the stitches are hidden within the seams, leaving no visible stitching on the exterior.

These are all authentic craftsmanship details.

At the edge of the calfskin, we sand and polish a gradual rounded corner,

creating a smooth transition from firm to soft.

The suede edge forms a natural tapered curve

that fits perfectly with the rounded chamfer of the calfskin.
