This year, Shebag’s product range has expanded significantly. As a deeply trusted brand, we are eager to extend our services to our clients. We firmly believe that leveraging our accumulated experience in bag manufacturing and our quality control capabilities allows us to achieve full-category coverage. However, venturing beyond the categories of bags and watches to include items like gloves and accessories requires us to further elevate our quality control capabilities and optimize our supply chain channels. For Shebag, this has proven to be a more difficult challenge. Previously, our sole focus was to perfect our bags, as we personally controlled the entire bag supply chain based on over a decade of cooperative relationships. Our suppliers would never deceive us with inferior leather, knowing that our standards for leather have always been the highest.

Yet, when we applied these same rigorous standards to items like gloves and certain accessories, we discovered that the existing supply chain often struggled to meet Shebag’s pursuit of high quality. Consequently, we have more frequently alerted our clients when higher-quality versions of specific styles in their orders are available. Although this has significantly slowed down our order processing efficiency, we believe it is entirely worthwhile. Our clients have also sensed Shebag’s dedication to quality—our striving to deliver only the best merchandise into their hands.

In 2025, we also encountered changes in US tariffs under the Trump administration, which led to slower logistics speeds for some orders and, in some cases, even worse outcomes. Shebag chose to absorb these losses ourselves, a practice that is extremely rare in this industry. As 2026 approaches, Shebag remains the same Shebag with an unwavering pursuit of quality; we simply cannot accept low-quality goods.
