Today we’re sharing the craftsmanship analysis of the Chanel 24C Double Gold Bead WOC.

Let’s start with the shape of the bag.

Replicating the four bottom corners is extremely difficult—every detail must be perfectly precise.

As the red arrows show in the image above, the lengths of the red dotted lines must be exactly identical.

Special attention is also paid to the curvature of the four bottom corners.

The Shebag factory uses precision pattern templates to control every dimension,

ensuring the four corners are symmetrical to the millimeter for a flawless silhouette.

Now let’s look at the side of the 24C Double Gold Bead WOC.

You can see a teardrop-shaped curve, as marked by the red dotted line below.

The key to this teardrop curve lies in accurate pattern design.

Shebag uses a genuine bag disassembly method,

with a full set of precise procedures including pattern enlargement, adjustment, and correction—

all to obtain the perfect pattern data.

For the large front Logo hardware on the Chanel 24C Double Gold Bead WOC,

we use imported European backing materials to precisely replicate the authentic gap effect after assembly,

just as marked by the red dotted lines and arrows in the image above.

Below are our exclusive molds, custom-made for this specific style.

Each bag design has its own dedicated set of molds:

Only when these three molds work together can we achieve flawless, precise details on the bag.

Once we have precise pattern cutting data, we use the Japanese Barudan CST embroidery machine with 360° precision rotation.

Only after these processes can we achieve the perfect alignment shown below.

The red dotted lines illustrate that the quilt stitching on the flap aligns perfectly with the stitching on the bag body.

This 3D embroidery machine adopts advanced C-axis rotation control, enabling full 360° rotation and breaking the limits of traditional machines.

It achieves zero-error 3D embroidery with unmatched precision.

Combined with acrylic transparent dies for fine-tuning and correction, we refine every detail to ensure perfect pattern matching in every stitch.

The pattern on the large Logo hardware of the Chanel 24C Double Gold Bead WOC is crafted using a mix of coarse and fine stones, carefully polished with professional grinding equipment.

During the polishing process, stones of different sizes interact to create a unique, one-of-a-kind texture on every piece.

Most hardware on the market uses a quick, low-cost plated antiquing process that takes only 40 minutes—typical of mid-to-low-end replicas.

Shebag’s premium craftsmanship insists on professional hardware grinding, using two grades of stones for a full 8 hours of polishing.

This process also removes burrs and oxides from the surface for an authentic finish.

In the red dotted circle below, you can see the mold line inside the Double C Logo hardware.

The gap is extremely narrow, nearly invisible to the naked eye.

Shebag uses a CNC carving machine for precise detailing, minimizing the gap to fully match authentic Chanel craftsmanship.

On the upper left of the front large hardware of the Chanel 24C Double Gold Bead WOC,

there is an oval Chanel Logo at the position marked by the arrow.

The font is produced with digital processing equipment.

Each letter has flat starts and finishes, sharp and clear when magnified,

with a clean, crisp base for an extremely refined look.

Below is the chain hole hardware at the top of the bag.

On authentic pieces, the Double C logo features hidden anti-counterfeit lines.

When the Double C hardware is magnified 200 times,

you can see unique anti-counterfeit pressed horizontal lines —

extremely fine but highly effective for authenticating mid-to-low-end replicas.

The image above shows our RFS relay gold stamping equipment, which controls time and temperature at the millisecond level, producing perfect stamping on par with authentic bags.

This is a high-frequency machine. Shebag uses a high-frequency electromagnetic field to create an irregular crackle effect on the leather with premium gold stamping foil.

A small roll of imported stamping foil costs 1500 RMB.

Combined with our high-end imported equipment, the lettering on the brass mold stands out clearly against the leather, while achieving the authentic crackle finish of genuine Chanel.
