Today we’re introducing the Chanel 25P Denim Canvas Cosmetic Pouch, with a focus on craftsmanship analysis including hardware and fabric.
The surface of the
Double C hardware is
curved, not flat.
It is made using a custom mold, one-piece die-casting, with a relatively flat 3D effect.
A secondary processing step is required after molding to grind and shape the rounded edges.

Today we’re continuing the craftsmanship analysis of the Chanel 25P Denim Canvas Cosmetic Pouch.
The connection points of the
Double C logo hardware are not fully joined—there are
two breaks, as marked by the red dotted lines in the image above.
These gaps require manual polishing: we use hand grinders to carefully shape and refine them, achieving a clean, mirror-finish interface.
The image below shows the clasp hardware under
200× magnification.
Shebag uses high-precision injection molds with built-in lettering.
After forming, the surface is perfectly flat, with no ripples or waves.
The edges of the lettering are sharp and smooth, with every curve neat and consistent.

The
silver aged clasp hardware features the Double C logo
integrated directly into the mold, showing a
mirror lava finish.
The letter lines are smooth and nicely three-dimensional, as shown in the image above.
The photo below is a close-up of the back of the zipper pull.
Under the microscope, you can see the secondary polishing effect on the base groove, which looks smooth and refined.
Under 200× magnification (as shown in the last image), every line of the Double C logo is clear and perfectly smooth.

The image above shows the back of the zipper pull.
We use die-casting craftsmanship, and the embossed lettering is vector font — sharp and perfect.
The Double C logo here is clearly raised, and the base groove of the zipper is finished with a distressed, textured pattern from polishing.
The zipper on the
Chanel 25P Denim Vanity Case uses
Italian Lampo zippers.
Unlike LV, which uses YKK, or brands that use Riri, Chanel relies on its Italian local supply chain.
The zipper pull has a
distinct raised shoulder and a
flat vertical side panel.
Most mid-to-low-end replicas completely overlook these details.

The denim fabric also has exquisite craftsmanship.
It uses circular weaving, with warp and weft yarns interlaced in a regular repeating pattern, creating uniform texture both horizontally and vertically.
This premium fabric and weaving technique cannot be replicated by ordinary factories.
This material is also imported from Italy.
Back to the hardware:
On the front large Double C hardware of the Chanel 25P Vanity Case,
the corners are rounded and convex outward, and the two ends are uplifted and full, giving a strong sense of volume and 3D effect, as shown in the image below.
